Corporate Team Building Adventures

Whether you are looking to motivate your employees or reward them, there's no better way than with the friendly competition of a Feet First Team Building Adventure! Our most popular events, Adventures intertwine the excitement of a race, the intricacy of Teambuilding, and the surprise of "Reality TV" into one unforgettable event.

Although we customize our teambuilding Adventures for each organization, the basic premise is still the same: Your employees will be split up into smaller teams, where they will work together, utilizing their creative thinking and time-management skills to accomplish specific tasks. These might involve solving clues, interacting with strangers, participating in physical challenges, taking pictures of specific locations and people, or following other teams without being caught! Throughout our Adventures, each task will lead the teams to new destinations, where they complete new challenges before moving on. We provide cameras to make sure each team's journey is documented. We can also include videographers to film an entire event, creating a 20-minute edited souvenir for all participants. Below is a list of some of our Feet First Team Building Adventures that can be customized for your group:

Scavenger Hunts MISSION POSSIBLE: CD clues are presented by secret agents. Teams may encounter numerous agents throughout their journey, and they must decide which missions they choose to accept along the way.

Scavenger Hunts AMAZING RACE: Teams race against the clock - and each other - to complete various challenges as quickly as possible. They might solve puzzles, they might interact with actors on street corners, they might kayak in the ocean! We will customize the events based on your groups' needs and comfort levels.

Scavenger Hunts DESTINATION UNKNOWN: Individuals are given a list of items they are allowed to bring with them, but they aren't told where they are going. Once the group arrives at the pre-determined starting point, they must work together to solve clues that will eventually get them a mode of transportation (van, bus, train, airplane...) and a destination. Please note that this event requires an overnight stay.

Scavenger Hunt THE APPRENTICE: Each team will be given a video camera, a blank ten-minute videotape, and a series of tasks that must be completed and documented on film. After a few hours the groups will reconvene in front of "The Donald". They will view the video footage, and he will grade the teams and their Project Managers on how creatively they accomplished the tasks. (Please note: "The Donald" is an actor in a bad wig - if you want the real Donald, it'll cost you extra. A LOT extra!)
