Science Fair

Do you remember the excitement of your 7th grade Science Fair, when with a little bit of help from your parents, you got to build a rocket or design a replica of the Milky Way?! Well, during this event you and your teammates will get to choose from a variety of experiments and projects and share your new-found knowledge and skills with the rest of your group (sorry, no help from your parents is allowed!)

All of the projects will somehow pertain to the environment, conservation, energy, etc. (ie: measuring air quality, demonstrating the Greenhouse Effect, identifying biodegradable materials, or building a battery out of a potato!).

Teams will be furnished with the necessary supplies, along with instructions on how to build their projects or conduct their experiments. At the end of the session, teams will be graded on the successful outcomes of their projects, degrees of difficulty, and their presentation skills!
